Cancellation Policy
Hey Nappies! We know things happen, so here’s our simple policy:
1. Booking Deposit:
A small deposit secures your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but don’t worry—they can be used if you need to reschedule.
2. Cancelling Ahead:
• Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, and you can reschedule without losing your deposit.
• Cancel less than 48 hours, and the deposit is kept, but you can still rebook a new date.
3. No-Shows:
• If you don’t show up without letting us know, the deposit is forfeited.
4. Running Late:
• More than 25 minutes late? We might need to shorten your service.
• More than 45 minutes late? We may need to cancel, and the deposit will be kept.
5. Rescheduling:
• Life happens! You can always reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
